Capture
The customer photographs both feet on a printed A4 sheet - used as a known scale reference.
Five frames per foot, no special lighting, no special device.
Generate
Photogrammetry stitches the frames into a dense point cloud. An ML model converts cloud → mesh → printable 3D last, accurate to 0.5 mm. Two unique lasts per customer.
A standard shoe is built around an average. A dialogo.dk shoe is built around your foot. The system replaces sized lasts and warehouse stock with a four-step pipeline - capture, generate, felt, assemble — that turns a smartphone photo into:
Felt
Natural raw wool is felted directly onto the printed last in our patent-pending machine. No cutting. No stitching. A single seamless upper, shaped to the last as it forms.

Assemble
A rubber sole is moulded directly, stitched or glued onto the felted upper - no oil-based rubber. The latex is natural and compostable. Quality-checked and shipped within 14 days.
